Your daily morning routine doesn’t allow for much makeup time. describes an easy light makeup for office workers, demonstrated by a makeup artist, Justin Heslop.

Apply an eye shadow primer, such as eye shadow base over your eye lids. It perhaps take more efforts, but it will be good for those with oily skin, as it will prevent creasing. Besides, it will make your makeup stays perfect all day long.

Light Shadow

Pick an eye shadow duo which has a light neutral color as well as the complimentary hue. If your skin’s tone is light to medium, choose cream and caramel. However, if we have medium to dark skin, it will be great to try vanilla and espresso colors. With an eye shadow brush, apply the lighter power to your lids.

Dark Shadow

Sweep the darker shade into your crease by using a dome-shaped shadow brush. Blend it with a windshield wiper motion. Then, press the remaining powder into your outer corner and continue to your lower lash line. Stop at the center and repeat on the other side.

Define your upper lash line with a bronze or brown pencil, starting at the outer corner. Drawing short dashes will help us create a perfect line and make your lashes look fuller. Use a cotton swab if we want to erase any mistakes.

Before curling your lashes, brush a few coats of black mascara to your top lashes only. If we want to see a fanned-out and eye-opening effect, divide your lashes into three sections: inner, middle, and outer. First, wiggle your brush at the roots. Second, comb the lasher through the tips.

Blush and Lipstick

Always pair this daily makeup with pinky-peach cream blush and a satin lipstick which will accentuate your natural lip color. Don’t forget to wear perfume. Cosmopolitan suggests to choose light scents. A soft fragrance which has a power-boosting effect is perfume with ingredients like rosemary or vanilla.

Now, you are ready for a busy day at the office!
